Love the muted colour scheme: this would make a fantastic textile design (not to mention blowing my barans because it's Apo ;))

Very strange, certainly compelling, despite seeming like a denial of the whole flame colouring algorithm...

Perfect blend of colors and composition for a canvas print IMO. I can see this hanging in an art gallery.

I never would have guessed this as coming from Apophysis :) Very nice abstract, evokes not just moonlight, but moonlight on mountains at night, and the subtle palette suits it very well. Nice work!

Is this Apophysis? Perhaps a new plugin?

Yes, this was created in Apophysis. I used modified versions of two existing plugins. The modified version of Lazy susan will be in the next apo-plugins release.

I like the wavy undulating lines :) They create a very nice layered effect with the other shapes.
By the way, any chance of something happening with that curve var

I wrote a plugin for the curve variation, but never did anything with it. I've just committed it to the apo-plugins subversion repository. It'll be in the next release.

I purposely used muted colours. There is lots of contrast; if you don't see much contrast you should check your display settings.
